We've rolled out significant updates to the web application with improved performance, new features, and a better user experience. To ensure you're using the latest version, make sure to do a hard refresh:

• Hold Shift and click the refresh button in your browser
• Or use Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows

This clears your browser cache and loads all the latest improvements.

Canadian Phone Numbers Now Available! 🇨🇦

Big news: AI Receptionist can now serve Canadian customers! During sign-up, you can now select and obtain a Canadian phone number. Whether you're expanding into Canada or serving customers across North America, we've got you covered with seamless AI-powered reception services.

Did You Know: Direct Emails & SMS from Your AI

AI Receptionist can send emails and SMS messages directly to you or your contacts - a feature many users haven't discovered yet! Here's how to set it up:

1. Enable "Direct emails from your AI Receptionist" and/or "Direct SMSs from your AI Receptionist" in your settings
2. Add a custom instruction telling your AI when to send messages

For example: "If a caller asks about pricing send an SMS to David with caller details." Your AI will handle the rest, keeping your team informed in real-time.

Did You Know: Boss Mode Features

Call your AI Receptionist from your registered phone number and say "boss mode" to unlock powerful management features! Many users don't realize just how capable Boss Mode really is:

• Review recent calls: Get verbal summaries of your latest call activity
• Update settings on the fly: Change your AI's behavior without logging in
• Place outbound calls: Call any number using your AI's phone number instead of your personal number
• Call masking: Keep your personal number private by requesting "call masking" when placing calls
